Stonebriar is the commercial and residential core of south Frisco, anchored by Stonebriar Centre Mall and framed by the Dallas North Tollway on the east and Legacy Drive on the south. Stonebriar Country Club adds a private golf community to the mix, and the area has more commercial density than most Frisco neighborhoods. Eldorado Parkway ties the area to the newer development corridors heading north — Lucky Goat opened along that stretch in March 2026, adding an independent coffee option to an area otherwise dominated by chains.
