Richwoods is a central Frisco neighborhood along the Eldorado Parkway corridor, where Lucky Goat opened in March 2026. The neighborhood's streets feed into Eldorado Parkway, giving residents direct access to the commercial strip that has been filling in with coffee shops, fitness studios, and restaurants over the past few years. Frisco ISD serves the families here, and the area has the established suburban character of Frisco's mid-2000s development — brick homes, neighborhood entrances, and well-maintained common areas.
